Eligibility for Exchange

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Process

• To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order details.
• Once approved, you may exchange your item for another size, style, or product of equal value.
• If the chosen item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

Returns

• We do not offer refunds.
• In case of an approved return, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned product.
• Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on Gehru Label and will be issued once the returned item passes our quality inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for an exchange or return.
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Gehru Label will cover the shipping charges.
