   Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
   
   Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
   
   
2. Exchange Process
   
   To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order details.
   
   Once approved, you may exchange your item for another size, style, or product of equal value.
   
   If the chosen item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.
   
   
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
   
   Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for exchange.
   
   
4. Shipping
   
   Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.
   In case of a defective or wrong item delivered, we will cover the shipping charges.
