Refund policy

At Gehru Label, we strive to deliver products you’ll love. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange

    • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  2. Exchange Process

    • To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order details.

    • Once approved, you may exchange your item for another size, style, or product of equal value.

    • If the chosen item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.

  3. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for exchange.

  4. Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.

    • In case of a defective or wrong item delivered, we will cover the shipping charges.
